I was hired to haul a piece of equipment bought at this dealer. They were informed that I was coming, and the buyer was assured that it would fit on my trailer. When I arrived the load was 10' wide, which was illegal for me to haul on the interstate. I asked them to disassemble the piece so that it would be legal. At first they told me it would be 2 hours before their mechanic could get to it. I offered to do it myself if I could borrow some tools, but they refused. So I waited. After about an hour I ventured into the store to find out if they knew when the mechanic would arrive. They told me that they had called him and he was sick. They told me they would get to it Monday. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and I had come all the way from Ohio. I again offered to do it myself but needed to borrow some tools. They refused again. So my options were to wait until Monday (5 days), or come back without the piece.
Dont go to this place. Dropped a weedeater off here for servicing. They sent it to Jeff City for service. After a month i called and they hadnt even touched it. 2 months later after a couple of phone calls from me (none from them) I received it back to the tune of $70. Over half the cost of a new one. I specifically told them, if it was going to be expensive dont repair it, i would buy a new one. Im just tired of crappy service everywhere i go. I also bought a new gravely zero turn there but you can bet i wont take it back to them for service.

I bought a new 6530 Mahindra from Diamond R and had issues from day one. Jim and his crew responded quickly. My issues did not get resolved on first try but Jim stayed after it until the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Other than a few design issues I don't care for, I'm loving my 6530.
